Schedule Your Licensing Exam
Complete your required pre-licensing education and schedule your Texas real estate licensing exam.
Pass Your Exam & Complete Your Background Check
After passing your exam, complete your fingerprinting and background check if you haven't already. Once everything is approved, you'll receive your Texas real estate license.
Choose a Brokerage
Select a brokerage that aligns with your goals. Once you choose Element Realty, we'll request sponsorship of your license through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
Join Your Local REALTOR® Associations & MLS
Become a member of your local REALTOR® board(s), pay your association and MLS dues, and gain access to the tools you'll use every day to serve your clients. Element Realty is currently a member of all local boards from McAllen to South Padre Island.
