My realtor Brittny went above and beyond for me and my husband, eager to help us through the home buying process by using her local connections. She worked to get us our windstorm and hail certificate from the previous owners, and also negotiated for us with regards to our contract. She communicated with our inspector to get us a better deal, and even found us a termite inspector at a third of the price for one that I was quoted from a commercial inspector. She was quick to communicate with us, and tirelessly worked to help us find our dream home for almost 3 months through all the ups and downs of home buying. She was flexible with our work hours, and was always able to find a time to be there for us to search for homes. You'd be lucky to have Brittny as your realtor, she is a one woman team!
